A kinglet is a small bird, identified by its noticeable eye ring and white wing bars, and a behavior of flitting its wings as it feeds amongst the branches and tree trunks.White-throated Sparrows have arrived in large numbers on their way south. In my yard, these sparrows are foraging in brushy areas making them hard to see and photograph unless flushed.Warblers are still moving through but in much smaller numbers.
