We have a rookery near where I live in Idaho, and we take several trips out to it each year to see what is happening... that particular rookery is just Blue Herons. The one on the way to Lewiston, Idaho has also had Bald Eagles nesting in the same tree. So it is interesting how varied the occupants are of your rookery!
